Indemnity. I indemnify, defend and hold LIM359 harmless from any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, judgments or actions arising during the LIM359 Yoga event on 3/30/2025, including any and all reasonable costs, attorney's fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any such claim or any action brought thereon.

Assumption of the Risk. I understand that the aforementioned Risks may be caused in whole or in part or result directly or indirectly from the negligence of my or my child(ren)'s actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others and I hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all such Risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of my or my child(ren)'s participation in any yoga-related activities.

Waiver and Release of Liability, Hold Harmless, and Indemnity. In conjunction with our participation in the Yoga with LIM359 event, I hereby release, waive, and covenant not to sue, and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the following parties: LIM359 and any/all board members and volunteers (Individually and Collectively, the Released Parties) with respect to any liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss, or expense (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) of any kind or nature which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to my participation in activities described above, including claims for Liability caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of the Released Parties.
